Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped from Guangzhou, China via tracked international air mail.

Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 12–20 business days
- Other international destinations: 15–25 business days

Shipping rates (US orders):
- Standard shipping: $9.90
- Free standard shipping on orders over $68

A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may take longer during holidays or peak seasons. Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after the shipping notification, please contact us at nicole.liang@me.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
