Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your crystals. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused, undamaged items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To start a return, please email us at nicole.liang@me.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
